Breast always cold

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is the correct place for this post, but I figured I'd start here.

The breast that I had my lumpectomy on seems to always be cold, I'm wondering if this is normal?

I also have pain on that side, but my Oncologist feels that after 5 years, it might be my nerves acting up.
