Rescue Sleep: any opinions?

Options

To help w/ my insomnia a friend bought me a box of "Rescue Sleep" by Bach Flower Remedies Ltd. Anyone have any experience or opinions on this?

She gave me the nasal spray but the ingredient list is similar to these capsules. (though the spray has 27% alcohol. Not sure if that's going to dry out nasal passages)

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Helianthemum nummularium - 5X HPUS, clematis vitalba - 5X HPUS, impatiens glandulifera - 5X HPUS, prunus cerasifera - 5X HPUS, omithogalum umbellatum - 5X HPUS, aesculus hippocastanum - 5X HPUS. INACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Vegetable carrier oil (grapeseed oil), capsule she (fish gelatin, pectin and carauba wax), natural flavoring (orange oil and vanilla), bulking agent (sorbitol).

A quick google search didn't produce much. A couple random comments on websites said it was just a placebo.

Don't know anything about it - I've only used Valerian Root.  Either a frew drops under my tongue, or a few drops in water.  That's what was suggested to me.  Tho I know many who use the Bach Remedies, I never have.

I wouldn't bee too concerned about the criticism on websites - "placebo" seems to be the most common word used by people who don't understand anything about "complementary" treatments.  Some call acupuncture a "placebo" - and I credit the treatments I get from an acupuncturist with keeping my knees PAIN FREE.  If that's  a "placebo" - I'll take itWink
