new cancer same breast

I am recovering from a second lumpectomy of the same breast 10 years ago had IBC high grade stage 1 did chemo radiation and 5 yrs tamoxifin I am trying to find anyone else with similar experience this second cancer is DCIS found early about 4 cm still waiting on pathology but needle biopsy showed grade 2 stage 0 so is their anyone else who had all those treatments and still had another cancer in the same breast? Is this unusual ?
