I use green goodness and add a banana along with some organic blueberry/cranberry juice to it!

Merilee:  LOL...the anti cancer diet really does fill you up!  We find that we just aren't hungry most of the time.  The real test is the cruise we are going on this week....if we can avoid the bad stuff and just stick to salads, protein and such, our plan is working!  To be continued....

PS:  Love those green drinks...we try to make one every morning with all the greens we have available at the time.

    http://coupondatabase.dealseekingmom.com/main-database/?

This is a nifty tool that lets you type a word into a search engine and it will show you where you can find a coupon for your item. Some are printable and others will say something like "in Redplum" which is a common Sunday paper insert.

I typed in "organic" and all kinds of coupons showed up.

I found a new company online (Applegate Organics) with organic and no antibiotics meats. We tried a spinach and feta sausage tonight and it was delicious. Their animals are humanely raised on family farms in a stress free environment that promotes natural behavior and socialization. The sausage that we had tonight was chicken and turkey with no antibiotics used, no nitrates, no fillers, and gluten free. Check out their website...

Thanks for the tip Ceeztheday.  They sell these products in my local organic grocery store - I've been meaning to try them - will for sure now!

P.S.  I just browsed the website and see that you can order some products by the case, which gives you a discount.  Also, if you spend over $100, the shipping is free.  Do you all think lunchmeats would freeze ok?

The bamboo gown, that reminded me of all the money saved on clothes. I admired these bamboo gowns at Catherine's for a long time, purchased one for $50. Went in one day to find them slashed in price to $3 each, I bought ALL OF THEM! I gave some as presents, kept six for me and still wearing them today, love them.

We have saved money by giving up meat except on weekends then we use it in casserole or something where it is more flavouring. We also now only purchase organic butter and the coconut milk or organic almond milk, so I will be searching out coupons.

I purchase used books from Abe Books, and Better World Books. Shipping is less, prices competitive. Also borrow from libraries at naturopathic mds office.

Liked the green soup recipe, thank you. Water saving tips, and tips for facial care.
