Stage II B Grade 3 and 5 years or more out

My mum was diagnosed with Stage II B Grade 3 ER/PR positive and HER2 negative IDC breast cancer in 2008. 3 of her lymph nodes were taken out during the surgery, but only one of them was positive (micromets). She also had an ovary removal surgery because of a dermoid cyst which was thought to be cancerous. (luckily, it was benign.).

Is there anybody out there who is 5 years or more out with IDC Grade 3 hormone-positive breast cancer and one lymph node positive?
