Crazy Dreams?

Last night I dreamed that I was in South Korea and trying to get out. Because of the exchange of money being different I kept being brought back to South Korea.and put in prison. It was bad. I kept thinking, " But this is South Korea, not North Korea" This went on and on. I woke up in a cold sweat. Are dreams like this usual after surgery/radiation/BC? I don't like it.
