Help explain to me!

I had a lumpectomy for DCIS & sentinal node. No carcinoma in 2 nodes.

Part of what I don't understand is the term: Cytokeratin negative.  Can someone please explain that to me?  Thanks in advance.

 Also, Nuclear grade 3, Necrosis present.  size at least 2.1 cm

Margins: Multifocally close or positive - superficial partially obscuring thermal artifact close - deep 1mm

Thanks. My doctor explained to me, but I should have wrote it all down. I understand DCIS is Stage 0.
