DCIS with previous implants

Thank you all so much for your contributions to this website. I discovered it yesterday and have not been able to do much else but read as much as possible! I was diagnosed with DCIS on 9-26-11. I don't have any more details besides 6 mm, ER-. There is another spot near the nipple that the radiologist wants to biopsy if I decide to do lumpectomy/radiation/tamoxifen. I have already met with the RO and he did not mention anything about the possiblity of scarring with implants. I have had saline implants for 10 years. It seems that implants are often a problem after radiation. Has anybody else gone through radiation with saline implants?
