so worried please help calm us

I'm sick and disabled, take care of my mother, we are all we have for family.  I lost my sister to cancer, took care of dad with cancer and other stuff until he passed now caring for my mom, she's had a multitude of health issues including cancer masectomy last year Aug, then this year Jan lumpectomy.  Lumpectomy was benign removed fatty nodes, adenoma, and some other stuff.  They never took her ca15.3, 27.29 or CEA levels when she had cancer it was only AFTER surgery of the masectomy!  She was normal for CEA (0-3 she was 2.5) and 0-25 normal was normal levels for one of them she was 37, and other was 44.  After benign material removed she went down to 31.6 and 40.  August this year she had mammo said hypoechoic area 2 oclock spot that's where her scar was, they put the side of a lymph node on there as I'm sure it pinched  or something then posterior to nipple complex cyst and measurements .66 x .67 x .57.  She got sick after that with bronchitis, sinusitis missed surgeon in Aug and Sept, goes this monday, got her CA tests and they were 47.7 and 57.7 and cea was 3.6.  Could that cyst raise them that much and could the cyst be cancer again?
