Tram Flap in Hamilton?

Hi!
I'm looking for a plastic surgeon in Hamilton who can perform a tram flap reconstruction. Just wondering if anyone has had this procedure done and/or if anyone has any good recommendations for a plastic surgeon. I have an appointment for a consult with Dr. Dalcin but haven't heard great things about her. Not sure if I should be looking at Toronto as well for a PS. Thanks!
