Yogurt help??

Hi!  I am looking for the best yogurt for me.  I usually picked up Source, but I want to stay away from Splenda, and I'm trying to cut back/give up as much sugar as possible.  Does anyone have a favorite they would recommend, or tips?  Should I just buy plain, and mix my own fruit?  Does anyone recommend a certain brand?  Thx!

Buy plain.  My fave here in Seattle is Three Greek Gods, a local brand.  I love their Artemis one.  Even if you add a bit of sugar, it would typically be a lot less than the ones with fruit or honey.

Also, you want ones that have the probiotics still in them.  A lot of yogurt products don't.

I would go to a natural foods store for help with this one.  I am assuming that brands are different in Canada, or I would give you ones. 

Good yogurt is yummy on its own.  You may have Fage, imported from Greece.  Beyond yum, although the one made locally is as good and cheaper. - Claire
