Changes in breast due to radiation?

I just had my 21st radiation treatment of 33.  I noticed my nipple looks like it is split (no drainage however) and when I lift my arm it is wrinkled around the aerola.  Pretty weird looking.  I would think if anything it would be swollen instead.  Any thoughts or similar issues?

I wouldn't be surprised if the changes were due to the radiation.  Rads was rough on my skin.  If you're really worried, bring it up to your RO or the techs.  They should be able to alleviate your fears.

Well, my breast looked "perkier", but that went away in a few years.
