I just happened to be asked by my new doctor if she could review my slides since I had my mastectomy done at a different hospital. Thank God she did!! She called to tell me that while she agreed that I had 2 foci of invasion, 1mm & 2mm, she does not believe I have LVI. That has always scared me. I was elated to hear this news. I would advise everyone to get another opnion on their slides because it was good news for me!!
