I had stage 2 tnbc. Had a lumpectomy & 4 nodes removed, small cancer found in 1. I finished all my treatments in Mar of this yr. Had a negative pet scan & cat scan this yr. I had a blood clot in my right calf & also went into Afib after my second chemo infusion. I am on a blood thinner & heart meds now.I go back to my oncologist at the end of this month for my blood tests. She started checking the blood for cancer 4 months ago. I am not in the age group for this type of breast cancer as I was 64 when it was first discovered. I've been told I am in the low percentile of women who get this type. Would love to meet someone with the same diagnosis as I.

Hey Lura, from what I've gathered on these boards, many (most?) of us don't fit the sterotypes, or probability percentages. I was 59 at diagnosis, fit and active. I've had two children, and breast fed them. No one in my family has ever had breast cancer, and I'm BRCA negative.   Who knows....
