Has anyone had the boost before the whole breast radiotherapy?

My treatment plan has three boost sessions prior to the WBRT, however, my research can find nothing to support this as a typical plan.  Has anyone had their boosts prior to their general radiotherapy?

I wasn't given boosts until 5 days towards the end of my treatment.  Prior to that it was 5.5 weeks of whole breast radiation.  I'm not aware of boosts given PRIOR to whole breast treatment, however it was in early 2007 that I went thru rads, and techniques may have changed since then, I don't know.
