Things to avoid

I thought I saw somewhere here a list of the things to avoid when on Arimidex that may increase estrogen levels such as soy but now I can't find it. Can someone direct me to it?  Thanks!

    I haven't seen that post here (I'm sure it's here somewhere. Have you tried the "Search" command, at the top, just under "Log Out?") This is reasonable question for your MO or her staff. FWIW,  this book contains a table listing contraindications for each cancer med.  It was in my library and my MO's nutritionist said the authors are reputable.
