Herceptin & skin rash

I am 3/4 through my year  of herceptin and I  have had no major SEs, just a dripping nose, and slow hair growth.  I've noticed recently that my skin is getting dry and my eczema seems to be flaring up more than usual.  I read that you can get a rash as an allergic reactiion to Herceptin.  But isn't that a reaction when you first start getting the drug?  Does anyone have any info that would confirm or refute that one can get rashes towerds the end of the treatment?  I'm wondering if the effects are culmulative.  Do you know how Herceptin acts on skin?

    hillck:  I have battled dry skin and eczema off and on most of my life.  But now I'm noticing that the creams I use to maintain my skin ( Cerave, vanicream, Aveeno) are not working as well anymore.  I'm hoping that if Herceptin is making things worst, I can look forward to  better skin when my treatmet is over in December.
