Is anyone on The Breast Cancer Prevention Diet?

I read some info today on an article done on a book called The Breast Cancer Prevention Diet. Apparently it was developed and used in a study at UCLA in the early 90's. I couldn't find a whole lot of info on the web about the study but the reason I found the article about the book was that I was researching the young actress Jennette McCurdy's mom, Donna McCurdy, who has dx with Stage IV BC in 1995 and just had her first reccurence this year. I found an article from 1998 that she participated in this study and has followed the diet ever since. I am interested if anyone here has read this book or is doing the diet. What do you think of it? Do you really think it has made any impact on your treatment or a recurrence? I'm very curious about this now. Thanks all.

Who is the author of the book? I have a book by Suzannah Olivier...is it the same one?

No, this one is by Dr. Robert Arnot. I posted the link below the book on Amazon, B&N.com has it too. I ordered it yesterday but I'm going to check out the book you mentioned too. Have you done the diet in that book?
