Loss of estrogen + changes in 'healthy' breast

Hi Everyone.....decided to move this here.............. 

Question:  When I was diagnosed in April, I was removed from estrogen replacement therapy as my tumor was estrogen positive.  Following my right breast mastectomy, I was started on Arimidex.  Now my left breast tissue is feeling 'thicker', lumpier and almost cysty.  It feels very different than it did when I was taking the estrogen replacement.  Is it possible these changes could be related to the loss of estrogen and initiation of Arimidex?  My left breast just feels totally different.

I did see my Ob/Gyn and he was very concerned, could feel the thickening and has referred for mammo and US.

Thanks.  Just thought I'd throw this out there.  A little anxious now..............
