Any complimentary medicine for aromasin-induced constipation?
My gastro dr has me on Miralax and colace for bowels that won't move due to se of Aromasin (and Tamoxifen before that). Hard getting any support for this from onc as they don't believe constipation is se of ai's. Unfortunately, even with two laxative/stool softeners, it won't move out on it's own. The colon has no propelling function from the Aromasin. Has anyone used acupuncture or herbs or anything to get things moving? Have 2 1/2 years more to this ai.

My favorite "remedy" is pitted prunes, with some water & lemon juice ( they work better with moisture) in the microwave for a minute to soften the prunes. Or, if you don't like using a micowave, then in a small pan on the stove.
Good luck! I go to an acupuncturist, not for that, but I wouldn't be surprised if acupuncture could help - I swear by my acupuncturist for all joint pain, inflammation, lack of energy.

Prunes, papaya, muesli and lentils with vegetable soup - these always work for me. Eat them all on the same day and watch out for fireworks! Daily exercise, like walking, also helps.

Lentils worked for me for a while but now do nothing. Beans and prunes are constantly on my menu as I've had a lifetime of blocked plumbing. Water and exercise do nothing. There are many herbs etc that work but anything used long term can make bowels lazy.
Here's a page which seems fairly comprehensive.

There's all kinds of food options to elminiate constipation. In your situation, however, please be aware that your normal digestive functions require what's called peristalsis. It's a muscle movement along your digestive tract that is undulating, and that is a big part of your food moving through. I had a complication after surgery where my intestines weren't resuming this action, and I took reglan for a short time to restore the peristalsis. I feel certain there's other ways of regaining peristalsis. They're not coming to mind at the moment, but a bit of reading on the subject of peristalsis would probably be very beneficial to you at this time.

your post reminded me - there are certain YOGA positions, Hatha Yoga I think, that can increase peristalsis.
