Meal ideas for feeding the family

I am looking for ideas for healthy meals to make during the week.  Not limited to 30 min or less, not limited to vegan/veggie only.  Looking to cook healthy meals for a family of 4 on the go.  We cook at home 4-5 nights a week and eat out 2x on average. For example this week we made: 

Meal 1) whole wheat pasta with shiitake mushrooms, organic peas, garlic, chopped homegrown tomatoes and basil, with EVOO and parm cheese.

Meal 2)Panko breaded dover sole and fried green tomatoes.

Meal 3)No hormone/no antibotic turkey thighs, braised with apples and onions.  Served with cranberry sauce and acorn squash.  As organic as I can make it pumpkin pie for dessert (the crust, pumpkin, condensed milk and crust are all organic. Oh and the whipped cream too. If I am going to cheat and have dessert (which I plan to 1x a week) I will try to make it as healthy or organic as I can.

The other meals were more along the lines of sandwiches, frozen pizza etc.  I am trying to stay away from meat and pork, more veggie based dishes, more fish and on occasion poltry.
