which sports bra is better?

Hi all,

 Next week, I am going to get lumpectomy and the hospital gave me the notice to bring sports bra on the day of surgery.  I really do not know what type of sports bra is better for recovery?

(I have very samll breast size AA and can I use the regular bra without wire?)
