Acne after finishing chemo - any suggestions?

Has anyone experienced a really bad acne breakout since finishing chemo?
I'm pretty sure the reason this is happening to me is because I recently got my period back since finishing chemo. I'm very happy to have my period back but my face is a mess. In the past, I would have looked to the birth control pill or some sort of hormone regulator (like metagenics estro factor) but I'm pretty sure this is not safe after a BC diagnosis.
Has anyone else had this problem? If so, did you find a safe way to regulate your hormones after finishing chemo?
