Concern over lump over implant

Hello,

My wife had stage IIIa cancer and underwent the "kitchen sink" treatment, consisting of a DMX, chemo (TAC X 6), rads (33 treatments), 2.5 years of tamoxifen, a hysterectomy, and now AI. She recently felt a lump over her reconstructed breast on the side where she had the primary IDC, and we are of course concerned. The lump is tender but has reddened the skin, and it is above the implant.

My wife will stop by her breast surgeon soon and then her plastic surgeon too, but I was hoping to get any feedback from the incredible expertise on the discussion forum.
