Do you think that smashing my breast in a fall 3 weeks after a lumpectomy helped disseminate the cancer cells?

I was diagnosed with IDC one week after a complete layoff of my office,.The state cut our funding because we (the state) are almost bankcrupt.  So I decided to get my medical stuff in place and was diagnosed with breast cancer.  So..... brilliant me  It's seemed like a good idea to drink lots of beer (4) and take the pain pill given for my lumpectomy.  Bad idea.  I sleep walk and don't drink beer.  I fractured the floor of my orbit going downstairs for God knows what at three in the morning and had surgery a week ago to repair the broken bone in my orbit (eye) It's still wonky but I feel like an idiot ,Actually I am an idiot  I will have radiation in 3 weeks.  5 days a week for 6 1/2 weeks. Maybe 2d surgery to repair wonky eye. Who is the stupidest girl in the world?  ME!  That relieves you of any worries about being the dumbest girl in the world. So, lost job, daignosed with BC  fractured orbit seeing double, waiting for temp disability and medicaid. within three weeks.  Laugh or cry. It is very hard going out looking like well, you can imagine

I feel like I am back to square one as far as feeling like myself

has anyone else done something that is foreign to them?

mygonzo:  Please don't be so hard on yourself.  Being laid off and then being diagnosed with breast cancer is more than anyone deserves.

Awww GONZO don't beat yourself up! You poor thing you have been through so much. I am so sorry you injured your eye, that sounds very painful. I would take this time to just sit back and relax and let your body heal. My BS told me after my mx as I healed to just toss my bills into a folder and deal with them when I could. he didnt want any extra stress and my body was healing..I suggest the same for you.
