Recurrent spindle-cell carcinoma

I have locally recurrent spindle-cell carcinoma of the left breast.    I had reconstruction after my mastectomies, so I am facing more surgery, the possible removal of the implant (doesn't bother me to do that) and radiation.   I'm having a PET scan tomorrow, hoping so much that there is no cancer anywhere else in my body.

 Is there ANY PLACE IN THIS COUNTRY who specializes in treating this kind of cancer?    I need to know where to go for treatment should this cancer metastasize to the lung, bone, etc.
