Unexplained fever

I am 5 1/2 weeks post double mastectomy, with immediate reconstruction with expanders.  All has been going well except for an unexplained fever (low grade) for the last week & 1/2.  The plastic surg doesn't think its the expanders and my blood came back normal.  One of my kids had a fever about 2 weeks ago, but it went away as fast as it came.  I am scheduled to start chemo next week and to say the least I am very concerned.
