Chances of lymphedema with 2 negative nodes removed?

Wondering what the chances are of having it. I had a lumpectomy and 2 nodes removed on the left 2 1/2 weeks ago? I recently had eye surgery on the right yesterday, the nodes were on the left, so I can't lift anything more than 5 pounds at this point ?
