Mastectomy and Expander Complications/Fluid

I had a left Mastectomy on 6/14/11.  It was DCIS with no invasion of my lymph nodes thank god!  The tumor was large = 7.4 Centimeters.  Yes, I said 7.4 centimeters.  Because I'm a small women and they were unable to obtain clean tissue margins, I have to have radiation.  I did have a tissue expander at the time of surgery, which will more then likely fail due to the radiation now needed.  I have had some difficulties healing.  All of a sudden 5 weeks later, my incision is literally leaking tons of yellow fluid.  I have gone through 3 wash clothes trying to absorb the fluid.  My plastic surgeon is likely taking out the expander this evening.  Has anyone else every had this experience?
