Another implant exchange & a favour please

OK, I haven't been on here in a while as I've moved back to Ireland and trying to settle into life & a very different medical system here.

After my TE, I had an implant which resulted in a double bubble, replaced last Dec & it's riding high, so now has to be replaced again..... I'm not sure when it will end.

Since my diagnosis almost 3 years ago, my husband has been an absolute rock.  I lost my job & haven't been able to get back in the job market. 

So here's the favor.  I would so love to win this trip as a big THANK YOU to my husband - it's only one night away, but would mean so much to me to be able to give a little something back to him.
