Time between Radiation End and Recon Exchange?

Hi Ladies, I had tissue expanders placed during my BMX.

Will Start Radiation therapy soon.

How long after Rads before I can get my final breast reconstruction exchange surgery completed?

    Katarina:  I had my exchange surgery exactly 6 weeks after radiation was completed.  That is the minimum time my plastic surgeon would perform the surgery.  My skin has done really well with the healing after surgery.  I had surgery 6 weeks ago tomorrow.  So far so good.  Good luck to you!
