Question about Pathology/hereptin

I have a copy of my sisters pathology report and have a question. I have read that in order for Herceptin to work, Her2 has to be above a certain percentage. Does this report show that Herceptin is an option for her? She had 16 positive nodes.

The report says: ER - positive - 90% nuclei stained; PR - negative - 0% nuclei stained; HER2 - positive - then it states 4B5:  80% strong complete cytoplasmic membrane staining, 5 % weak complete cytoplasmic membrane staining.  Then it states SP3:  805% (I don't know if they mean 80%, 85% or 805%) strong complete cytoplasmic membrane staining.
