starting Ixempra any advice?

Tuesday I begin my first treatment. I know everyone is different, but I'd like to know what I am facing. I did great on Xeloda, but it didn't control the spread. A/C was rough and Taxol was my worst nightmare. I had so much body pain, I thought I'd lose my mind. So, besides hair loss, what have any of you experienced?

Any words of wisdom will help.
