Can anyone tell me what the following means - this is from the Sentinel Lymph node biopsy:
" Lymph Node #1 with four cytokeratin positive cells consistent with metastic breast carcinoma.These cells are identified only on cytokeratin staining and not on H&E sections (1/1)"
