Intermittent tetany post herceptin

Has anyone developed or heard of this? I am 1 year post herceptin and in the last 3-4 months I get these horrible cramps in the oddest places. I can see my muscles twisting up into a mound and the pain takes my breath away. I had one last nite over my ankle bone that kept making my foot turn out. It lasted 1 hour. I can't take it anymore. I am doing 1200 mg calcium/day and 500 mg magnesium/ day. I read a study done in India about this being one of the latent side effects of herceptin. It's more than just a cramp in a toe or a charlie horse. If I miss my calcium 1 day the rebound is horrible.
