papilloma with atypical cells

Mammo showed small nodule,  Ultrasound showed not cyst.  Core biopsy path is papilloma with atypical cells.  Seeing surgeon for excisional biopsy.  Anyone else been down this path and what has outcome been.   I can't change whatever it is, but will deal with it.

    My journey started in March 2011.  Abnormal mammo, had biopsy.  Biopsy showed benign intraductal papilloma but breast surgeon said it needed to be removed.  (can hide cancer in about 20%)  The surgery was easy.  I had lumpectomy on 06/03.  First surgery I ever had.  Really had no pain and was back to normal activities in a couple of days except no swimming for 2 weeks.  The biopsy was the worst part of the process.  Thankfully my report came back no malignancy or atypia.  Good luck.
