Help with MRI report PLEASE

Options

I had a MRI of my brain that came back with T1 hyperintensity/T2 hyperintensity of a 2.5 mm round area in the posterior left hippocampal cortex.  It stated that while it could represent an immflamatory or post ischemic lesion or a congenital cyst, the possibility of a glioma or metastatic breast cancer could not be ruled out.  It recommended additional MRI study with contrast for further characterization as tiny brain metastatic lesions may not be apparent on uncontrasted images.  I've decided not to panic and go with the congenital cyst.  I had the MRI due to increased intensity  and number of migraines.  I have had migraines since my early 20s, they run on my maternal side along with breast cancer.  The Herceptin seemed to make my migraines worse, but now I have what I call Harvey Wallbangers - I'd feel better just beating my head against the wall.  Could those of you more versed in MRI language please let me know if this is something to really worry about?
