Foillow up visits

I'm just curious how often everyone goes for follow up visits after treatment is finished, I had to go every 3 months until 2 years after my cancer was removed now its every 6. Makes me nervous. Does anybody have PET scans on a yearly bases? I haven't had one since my original diagnose. I just lost a friend a couple weeks ago that too was triple neg, same doctor I worry they are not pro active enough.
I carry the BRAC 2 gene so I live a little on the edge, I have been pro active with double mastectomy and hysterectomy. Thanks
