WORRIED! Lymph node near mx scar....

Hi Everyone,

My mom was is exactly two years out from her fight with bc. She had bc in one breast which was stage 1, 0/0 nodes, grade 3, IDC. She treated herself aggressively. She had both breast removed, chemo, zometa and is still taking femara. She said she has a small lump just below her mx scar since the surg, but it recently got larger. Tumor markers came back clean, and she has had no changes in her health. She had a ultrasound and the tech said "it's a lymph node." Is this something to worry about? I'm so afriad she is going to get cancer again.....
