I had Tram Flap surgery on March 16, 2011.  My PS informs me that I have to have minor revision to my brest.  I have two hard and tender areas above the breast and he tells me it's tissue that did not survive the transplant.   Anyone else have this issue?  I am not looking forward to going under the knife again so soon but will be glad to get this fixed.  Also, the muscles under my arm are still so tight. even though I do my stretching every day.  Any suggestions for exercises that may have help anyon and when can I expect some relief from the tightness?  I'm only 2 months out from sugery and it's still early, but I get frustrated and want to heal faster.  My tummy is healing well.  Having more issues with my "new breast".  I lost 20 lbs. and plan to continue to try to lose 5 more.  I want to keep my body fat at a minimum so that I can help prevent cancer in my good breast.  I sometimes think my PS doesn't understand how difficult it is to recover from this surgery.  I think you have to experience it before you can.  Besides that...he's a man !!!  LOL  Can't keep my pants up either.  Will either take my favorites in to have waist altered or buy some new ones.  No hurry though cause it's still too sore to wear anything tight around my middle anyway.  Everyone hang in there....it's a journy.  Hugs...Gracie
