Help?

Hi, everyone I am in need of help my 78 year old Mom who has breast cancer and a whole host of other medical issues I am unemployed and not well myself, We live in a small town and we have no busses and no public transportation my car is old and dose not run at all anymore, now mom still has lots of doctor appointments and (yes I have asked every cancer charity to help to no avail) so I give up. A friend told me about a charity that gives used cars to needy people but for some reason it goes by votes can you all help and vote for us?
