Lower back pain

I am at the end of my first chemo cycle (FEC-T). Some days I have pain in my lower back. Mostly it happens in the morning and then goes away. Today I feel discomfort in my lower back for the whole day. Not sharp pain... more dull pain. is it a typical chemo side effect? Did/does somebody experience the same?
