Anybody Grade3/HER2+ that had cancer return

Do any of you have grade 3/HER2+ cancer that was stage 1 before it met to stage 4?  If so, would you mind me asking what type of treatment you were given.  Did you have Herceptin or a combo of herceptin/chemo or did your doctors tell you that a BMX was enough?  I am trying to get info to make the best decision possible.  Thank you.
