That, that is, is.

A thought I had that helped me adjust to hair loss from chemo: "There are more important things in life than hair. " Pleasantly shocked myself for moving to the place where I could actually accept that thought.
Enjoy laughter and pleasant conversation !
Humor, humor, humor: seek it, share it, love it

"What people say you cannot do, you try and find that you can" - Thoreau
"Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day, saying I will try again tomorrow." - from a plaque I have had hanging on my wall at home

Always looking for helpful sayings myself. First chemo next week. Scared to death. Not sure I can get myself there.
