Throat hurts/lump above clavicle

Hi. Posted a couple times.  Having a biopsy on Monday on a lump above clavicle.  My throat has been hurting too.  Anyone with similar symptoms?  I hope I am crying 24/7 for nothing.

No... but do you have any diagnosis or are you just having a sore throat and swollen node?

So sorry you have to go through this!  My cancer returned to nodes at the juncture of neck and shoulder, but I didn't have any sore throat symptoms.  Perhaps your node is related to whatever is making your throat hurt, like a viral or bacterial infection?  

I hope you're crying 24/7 for nothing, too.  HUGS.

What did they do for you, treatment wise? I like your response, and hope that's the reason.  How are  you diong?

My tracheal nodes are all cancerous and my voice has been gravelly for a while. No biopsy on them though- diagnosed from Pet. After my second chemo it has went away and now my voice is normal. All presumed to be good news. Having a scan in May after 3rd chemo so will know more then,

Thanks so much. Had biopsy yesterday. They took quite a few samples.  Called it muscle area.  Going to oncologist tomorrow.  I AM PRAYING EVERTHING IS A-OKAY! Thanks everyone!
