I have sore lumps on side of breast/tram?

Just checking in to see what you ladies think about my situation. I had recurrence last year at my edge of my tram on left side that stretches towards the underarm. The surgeries last year to remove the cancer disfigured my tram quite a bit and there are surgical scars reaching under my arm. I have three very sore spots (recent) that are flat and round, not on the scar tissue but more under the arm. I originally had 7 nodes taken from this side. I have called the doc and have an appt next week. Anyone with similar sore spots???
