Dose of DIM

Ladies, cannot decide if I want to take Temox. My doctor is not rushing my decision, thankfully. In the meantime I would like to start taking DIM, but not sure 100% what should be proper dose. I am 96%ER+, 75%PR+. Should I start with 100mg, 150, or 200? Any one would like to help?

I would recommend starting on 200mg per day, and then after a month or so going to 400mg, 200 in the morning and 200 in the evening.  I use Nature's Way DIM, I buy it from www.vitacost.com.

Thank you. I did find more info yesterday and started with just 100mg, for a week or so then I think I will increase to 200 and so on. Thank you for your help.

I get very weepy along with some anxiety and I finally matched those times to when I take the DIM.  I started with 100 mg for a few weeks and then went to 200 mg at night.  So far, I have some hot flashes after I take it, and I do wake up a little when they happen.  In the day time I take  grapeseed extract.
