Anyone with preexisting breast implants who had lumpectomy/rads?

I have saline breast implants now and the BS said it would be no problem to remove the tumor with clean margins (per MRI before neoadjuvant chemo.)  The chemo appears to have shrunk the tumor after two cycles - so don't know what the result will be yet following 7 cycles. The BS is however, apprehensive about doing the lumpectomy and leaving the implant in due to complications that may result from radiation.  I've found just a few studies regarding this and most have reported much fewer capsular contraction with preexisting implants.  I've got a few months to decide what to do.  I've thought about removing both implants and doing the lumpectomy; trying the radiation with the implant following the lumpectomy; and doing a uni MX with reconstruction. The plastic surgeon said he could do the TE and the reconstruction would be completed in six months.

Hi - I'm wondering how things turned out for you. I have preexisting saline implants and struggling with lumpectomy vs. mastectomy because of possible effects of radiation on my implant. They're also 20 years old.
