ADH and pain

I'm due again for my 6 month mri with contrast followup.  Within two years I've had two surgeries for large areas of ADH.  I become more anxious now with each Mri because I feel like I've dogged the bullet when biopsy comes back as more adh and not cancer.  I am also going through perimenopause and could not tolerate the tamoxifen.  For the last several weeks I have been having pain under my arm.  Usually right before my period I would get swelling and pain in breast and under arm but this is now well after my period .  It feels like a swollen gland.  The pain comes and goes all day.  I am praying this is just an ingrown hair or cyst from deoderant.  I don't feel any lump.  Right after my surgeries my glands did swell under the arm that my surgeon did feel on followup and he said this was normal because of the surgery being close to the lymp nodes.  I am very scared.  My mri is the end of this month.  I have read where cancer causes pain.  Does it feel like I described and does it come and go?  Thank you again ladies for all the support I've been given here.
