INSOMNIACS place to talk in the wee hours

Rosie did the mods say you would be banned if you went to D&D? The reason I ask is when I was banned, They preload something that if you do something they don't want, it blocks access. Hence should I go to Death & Dying and tell them to come here. The whole crew are talking about you.
-
Rosie, okay light and funny. One last thing contact number? Then I'll be funny
MT hi old friend
-
Rosevalley, I feel privileged to have come across someone so authentic, kind, funny. I wish you peace and comfort. xo
-
Dearest Rose,
I followed all your wonderful posts on Death and Dying. I cannot tell you how sad I feel hearing your news. I only hope you know how much you gave all of us through your thoughtful posts.
May your next journey be as easy for you as it possibly can be. And may boundless joy be yours at the end of it.
I leave you with an Irish saying, all the way from Dublin and from my heart
....'may the road rise up to meet you'. Which means, may God help the next steps you have to take in this life and hold your hand all the way home.
We all love you very much Rose.
God bless you.

Rose, I have come to respect and hold you dearly in my heart. I understand where Ms. Sas is coming from...I want you to be around longer too because you have much wisdom, different perspectives, and so much to offer;but,I hate to see you miserable with almost zero quality of life. You are right about death-it is part of life and we shouldn't fear it. I wish you peace and comfort. May God show you mercy.
Thank you for being selfless and caring (and also giving us the blessing to continue to be goofy).Love you( I don't nonchalantly say this phrase because it's not an easy thing for me)
I got your back too.

Had a bit of a laugh today on Facebook with my sister's two sons. Those two boys crack me up! I told them to be nice to their old auntie and the eldest nephew called me Auntie Older Than Dirt. Well his little brother topped that and called me Auntie Crude Oil!
-
Oh Damnit Rosie! WTH? ??? I mean WTH???? I got you covered kid.... I can just imagine when you just get so sick of stuff, you will take any way out. I ain't gonna be the one to tell you "now hon... that ain't no way to talk." I understand.... especially at MY age....
I understand when you'be just been through so much chit, that you ain't up to hangin' in there, no matter what they say.
Now WHAT'S THIS MISSY? You have HOW many drugs? Can't you just take them? I don't mean all at once, but do they do you any good at all? I mean you could open up your own pharmacy, and get RICH! Just set up a pop-stand...I mean drug-stand on the corner somewhere, and see if you get any takers. I mean SHARE a little!
We could do business HERE! With all the pot-shops, a few more drugs can't hurt....right?
Oh crap, you're on the last page, and I can't look back.... so if you said anything else important, I forgot....
Well if you get bored, wherever you are going, you can always come help me dig up the parking. I'll fix you some Kale and Potato soup... and we can drink screw-drivers until we get silly.... THEN we can go walking down the street giggling and swearing! Love you kid....

Been away and glad I came in to read the last page.
Rosie I am sending you love. You are one of the first people to make me feel at home here with love and comfort in your heart . You are a beautiful soul.
Sending kisses your way

-
ok, here's some silly:
Did you hear about the new corduroy pillows? They're making headlines everywhere!
Why can't a bike stand on its own? It's two tired
Last night I almost had a threesome, I only needed two more people!
Hope you smiled!

Laughing until it hurts

900 pages. I never thought I would say I agree with SAS, but I think: Rosevalley, do what you must, but I almost wish you WOULD take the Ibrance. I can't believe that it is happening so fast either, again, for another good woman. I will remember you

Seagull with diarrhea barely makes it to crowded beach on time.

rose, sending love peace and hopefully you can have lots of laughs up to the end. I always wanted to wear aT shirt saying....yes....I am terminal....and so are you...so,get over it and don't hold on to tight. Live and love when you can and be at peace at the end...knowing you were very loved in this life, and we all care deeply about you. God bless you sister

Rosie, I've seen many a relative and friend go through this so I know that there comes a time when one just knows it's time. So may you have enough time to get things squared away the way you want them and then have a peaceful journey.
I'm on my phone so I don't have any cute memes but here's a photo of my beasts (of course!) that I have titled "Head-Up-Ass":

-
And another titled "Hugs":

Both have secondary titles of "Please don't fart on me right now."
-
Sassy you crack me up. Don't send everybody over here... confusion over load. I think I will have to go to Palliative/hospice and start a thread. "Moving no forwarding address"... hahaha Calico that's for you - It's your idea. I am tired and I just got up from a nap.. pathetic state of affairs. Chevy I know, I am just stock piling drugs that no one wants unless you have BC.. wish it was rare earth elements... probably get the FBI banging on the door.
Got enough energy to take a lunch over to beautiful perennial garden, 1900 estate here in town. Sat with DD3 admiring all the gorgeus flowers and the stunning amount of bees roaming the plants. The sun was shining and yet it was cool and lovely. We are like flowers.. different colors, textures, sizes and shapes... just lovely, fragile, delicate and wonderful to enjoy! We are especially precious because we don't last but a brief moment, until the weather and circumstances are right again.. and we manifest again as flowers.
Thank you for all your sweet thoughts and comments, hugs back to each of you!
-
my dear sweet friend Rose. I am totally floored. Just 16 days and cancer filled solid. Damn and double damn. Glad you already got hospice going. Praying hospice can make you comfortable. Praying for your family. I feel honored to have gotten to know you. Trying to think of something funny but coming up blank. Know you are loved by many here.
-
here's a laugh. I ordered these the other day. Hope it wasn't a waste of money.

Patty, thanks for telling us about them

-
Rosie, in case everyone thinks I'm crazy, the thought on the Ibrance was/is maybe it could help you from blowing up like a weather balloon. If the side effect was something better, hey, I'd go with it. Okay, I only posted on D&D. Shoot me. Lurkers everywhere. Three posted before I got back from D&D. Went back and told everyone 'just post'. It's my thingy that the worst thing in life is not to be able to say good bye. Goodbye. Not gonna let it happen here, we are still feeling Bluebirds loss b/c of that. Well, girl we are going to party your ass out'a here. I sent for a bottle o'wine. Rosie, were doin it your way, Chickie. Funny, poignant, irreverent, and blow cancer of the board.
Jesus, Leggo, leggo already (sorry I couldn't resist, it rhymed). Yup, 900 pages, 180 when I moved back here and made it a social page. Gawd, it wasn't that long ago. Chatty bunch.
-
Rosie you wouldn't happen to be Irish?
-
Wow, those nipples look real! Make sure you don't forget to wear a bra unless you are like Pattypeppermint, who likes to wear hers ONLYwith a tight t-shirt.
Marlana...

How do you like the taste? Be honest now.
-
You are a chatty bunch! I posted on here one night to say hello and the next day there were so many new posts I couldn't read them all, lol.
Having trouble sleeping the last few nights, been catching up.
Rosevalley, prayers for you and your family.
